Barbãr Bok

The Barbãr Bok is adorned with dark colours and a ruby reflection. It undergoes secondary fermentation in the bottle and merges the softness of honey with the strength of alcohol. The honey originates from Yucatan in Mexico and is hardly noticeable. In the brewery they maintain that the Barbãr does not taste of honey but when accompanied by a dish with added honey, the dish tastes of Barbãr.

A splendid beer without compromise. In the beginning, it was only brewed in the winter and was called Barbãr Winter Bok. However, since 2008 the consumer decided otherwise. You can now also enjoy it in the summer to the great delight of lovers of brown beer.

Since 2009, it has been marketed in 33 cl bottles with a swing-top cap highlighting the strong and ancient character of this beer.

Kom Uit De Cask

Met trots en voor de trots gebrouwen. Deze speciale triple is gebrouwen vanuit de gedeelde liefde voor bier van Brabantse schavuiten. Het samenbrengen van twee werelden zorgt voor mooie resultaten. Zo ook bij deze tripel die gelagerd heeft op eiken en cognac. Het typeert zich door het rokerige karakter van geroosterd eiken en de frisheid van mooie hopsoorten.

Kom uit de Cask’ is een samenwerking tussen Hopperveld en Old Joseph Brewery.

Cuddle Party

Cuddle Party is a rich, dark, nourishing ale with a good dose of chocolate from Bullion Chocolate cacao nibs and the gentle fruitiness of our ‘Cosmic’ house yeast.

Black Sabbath

Our Belgian Quadrupel is brewed with maple syrup and some nice darks malt wich gives it his black color. A complex quad with a lot of flavours and balanced out with a subtle hint of vanilla.

Choc ‘N Awe

A Dunkler Bock? Yep, that’s the official name for a “standard” bock beer. But, this is far from a standard bock beer, because we’ve added cocoa for a chocolate punch!

Crann Beatha

Dark fruit flavors of plum, raisin and dark chocolate. With fine single malt whiskey notes of Candied orange peel and cinnamon. Oak aged gives a rich vanilla and caramel roundness.
A Light and silky mouthfeel lets the flavors dance and shine.
