Cidre Naturel

Matured in the French Ardennes, Le Lièvre de Wignac is a 100% pure apple juice natural cider. Made with 65% of different varieties of sweet, bitter and sour cider apples and with 35% of eating apples.

Afterwards, juices need to ferment during several months in barrels before being assembled and bottled on the estate. Environment friendly, the orchards are in organic transition.

Better served fresh, “Le Lièvre de Wignac” can be served with ice cubes. Gluten free and with a low alcohol content (4,5%), enjoy it for pre-dinner drinks and trough the evening. It’s also a perfect partner for your brunches.

Swingers

Sun, sea and the beach life inspired us to make an interpretation of a Gose. We soured the beer with Lactobacillus in the kettle, added salt during the boil and added fruity US dryhops and grapefruit and lime peel after fermentation.

Lang Zal Die / Hij / Ze Leven

Ingrediënten: Water, gerstemouten, Puttense honing, hop, gist en kruiden.

Een heerlijk Amber bier met een karakteristieke smaak. Gebrouwen volgens de traditionele methode, met nagisting op fles en ongefilterd. De heerlijk hoppige smaak, gecombineerd met een fris bittere afdronk, maakt het tot een heerlijk biertje om te proosten op een lang leven!

This is an aggressive ale. You probably won’t like it. It is quite doubtful that you have the taste or sophistication to be able to appreciate an ale of this quality and depth. We would suggest that you stick to safer and more familiar territory–maybe something with a multi-million dollar ad campaign aimed at convincing you it’s made in a little brewery, or one that implies that their tasteless fizzy yellow beverage will give you more sex appeal. Perhaps you think multi-million dollar ad campaigns make things taste better. Perhaps you’re mouthing your words as you read this.

Hop & Liefde (Hop & Love) is formally known as Pale Ale Citra and one of our biggest selling light ales. Very refreshing and it makes you want more after the first. Very floral, lots of citrus, light grassy and light bodied. Flavor indication: Citrus, grassy, floral, bitter The name Pale Ale Citra is still used for the export to Sweden.
